Overview
COT-200 places the image sensor at the tip of the scope — Chip-On-Tip technology — for optimal camera performance in minimally invasive imaging.
The MIDAS I main unit again combines CCU, light source and recorder, removing the need for separate boxes in the tower. It offers binocular disparity control, a user-friendly GUI, video recording and playback, light intensity control, 3D display, alignment and rotation, an integrated recording system and multiple outputs (3 × HDMI plus HD-SDI left and right).
Stereoscopic depth perception allows more accurate and precise operation with natural colour, a short learning curve and no dizziness on long operations. With the optional glass-free 3D console monitor the whole operating room layout can be simplified.
