Overview
VOMS-400 (Spine/Brain) applies Sometech's 4K 3D visualisation to neurosurgical and spinal procedures — the configuration the company exhibited at the Global Spine Congress.
A true head-up posture is maintained on the 4K 3D monitor throughout surgery, eliminating the neck pain, back pain, eye strain and headache associated with eyepiece microscopy. The whole OR team observes the same real-time 3D image, which makes intra-operative cooperation and post-operative teaching straightforward.
Patented lens technology minimises chromatic aberration while the imaging engine holds fine focus across a wide field. The motorised turret, C-curve arm, image-shake reduction and one-touch caster lock keep the system stable and easy to position in a crowded theatre.
